  • What causes this issue?

    The system cannot interpret the payload belonging to the selected
    postprocessing order. The probable cause is that the order was created
    before the upgrade of the software component SAP Banking Services
    (FSAPPL). For more detailed information, see SAP Note 1315677.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Start the process that resulted in creation of the postprocessing order
    again.
    Select the order that cannot be processed in the list overview.
    Close it using the context menu entry "Complete".
    If a confirmation prompt appears, confirm with "Yes".
