the reconstitution rate of the primary output.
The system could not find a value for the reconstitution rate in the
specification of the primary output.
Edit the value assignment type and the characteristic that were
specified using the FRML_ATNAM_RECON_RATE and FRML_ESTCAT_RECON_RATE

FRMLMSC219
- System cannot determine reconstitution rate ?The SAP error message FRMLMSC219, which states "System cannot determine reconstitution rate," typically occurs in the context of managing formulations, particularly in industries like pharmaceuticals or food and beverage, where reconstitution of products is a common process.
Cause:
The error can arise due to several reasons, including:
Missing Data: The system may not have the necessary data to calculate the reconstitution rate. This could be due to missing master data for materials, formulations, or recipes.
Incorrect Configuration: The configuration settings for the formulation or the reconstitution process may not be set up correctly in the system.
Incomplete Master Data: The material master or recipe master may lack essential information, such as the reconstitution factors or related parameters.
Versioning Issues: If there are multiple versions of a formulation or recipe, the system may be unable to determine which version to use for the calculation.
Authorization Issues: Sometimes, the user may not have the necessary authorizations to access the required data for the calculation.
Solution:
To resolve the FRMLMSC219 error, you can take the following steps:
Check Master Data: Ensure that all relevant master data (material master, recipe master) is complete and correctly configured. Look for any missing fields related to reconstitution rates.
Review Formulation Settings: Verify the formulation settings in the system. Ensure that the reconstitution rate is defined and that all necessary parameters are set.
Check for Version Conflicts: If there are multiple versions of a formulation, ensure that the correct version is being referenced and that it has the necessary data.
Consult Documentation: Review SAP documentation or help files related to the formulation and reconstitution processes to ensure that all steps have been followed correctly.
User Authorizations: Check if the user has the necessary authorizations to access the data required for the calculation. If not, work with your SAP security team to obtain the necessary permissions.
