The SAP error message FRMLMSC145 indicates that there is an issue with the standard explosion for an output component in a bill of materials (BOM) or a recipe. This error typically arises when the system finds multiple entries for the same output component, which leads to ambiguity in the explosion process.

    Cause:

    1. Duplicate Entries: The most common cause of this error is the presence of duplicate entries for the output component in the BOM or recipe. This can happen if the same component is defined multiple times with different parameters or configurations.
    2. Incorrect Configuration: The configuration of the BOM or recipe may not be set up correctly, leading to multiple valid paths for the same output component.
    3. Changes in Master Data: Changes in the master data (like material master or BOM) that affect the output component can also lead to this error.

    Solution:

    1. Check for Duplicates: Review the BOM or recipe for the output component in question. Look for duplicate entries and remove or consolidate them as necessary.
    2. Review Configuration: Ensure that the configuration of the BOM or recipe is correct. Make sure that the output component is defined uniquely and that there are no conflicting entries.
    3. Adjust Master Data: If there have been recent changes to the master data, verify that these changes are consistent and do not create ambiguity in the BOM or recipe.
    4. Use Unique Identifiers: If applicable, ensure that each output component has a unique identifier or key that distinguishes it from others.
    5. Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific guidelines on managing BOMs and recipes to avoid such issues.

    Related Information:

    • Transaction Codes: You may need to use transaction codes like CS03 (Display BOM), CS02 (Change BOM), or C201 (Create Recipe) to investigate and modify the BOM or recipe.
