Message text: Formula items are not consistent
You are working with the <LS>Input and Output</> formula view. An item
in this view contains a material and a substance that are based on
different data records for the item. This can happen if you have
converted the system from the separate <LS>I/O Materials</> and <LS>I/O
Substances</> views to the joint <LS>Input and Output</> view and did
not generate the two views separately in the formula first.
INCLUDE RMS_GEN_PROCESSING_CANCELLED OBJECT DOKU ID TX
INCLUDE RMS_GEN_ADMIN OBJECT DOKU ID TX
Reverse the switchover from the separate views to the <LS>Input and
Output</> view. If you cannot reverse the switchover, contact SAP.

Cause:
The error can arise due to several reasons, including:
Inconsistent Formula Components: The components or items used in the formula may not be compatible or consistent with each other. This could be due to incorrect data types, missing components, or mismatched units of measure.
Missing or Incorrect Data: If any of the required data for the formula is missing or incorrectly defined (e.g., missing master data for materials or incorrect settings in the formula configuration), it can lead to this error.
Formula Configuration Issues: The formula itself may have been configured incorrectly, such as having circular references or logical errors in the way the formula is structured.
Versioning Issues: If there are multiple versions of a formula and they are not properly aligned or if there are changes that have not been propagated correctly, this can lead to inconsistencies.
Solution:
To resolve the FRMLAPI295 error, you can take the following steps:
Check Formula Components: Review the components of the formula to ensure that they are all defined correctly and are compatible with each other. Make sure that all required items are included.
Validate Data: Ensure that all necessary master data (e.g., materials, cost elements) is available and correctly configured. Check for any missing or incorrect entries.
Review Formula Configuration: Go through the formula configuration to identify any logical errors or inconsistencies. Look for circular references or incorrect calculations.
Test with Sample Data: If possible, test the formula with sample data to see if the error persists. This can help isolate the issue.
Check for Updates: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the formula and that any changes have been properly implemented across all relevant areas.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific guidance on formula management and troubleshooting.
