even if a THEME is defined for the promotion type. The default
indicator is allowed to be set only if Theme is not defined.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The default indicator is supposed to be used to define a default for
promotion types. If you don't define a Theme value for the promotion
type then you can use the default indicator.
For all promotion type Theme combinations no entry exists, the default
settings are applied instead..

How to fix this error?

Check the definition of the promotion type and set the promotion type
default indicator only when THEME is initial.
