the hierarchy. Moving hierarchy entries is only supported for planning
steps (level 2) and their substeps (level 3).
The sort sequence of the scenarios is specified through their technical
names. The technical name is assigned when the scenario is created, and
you cannot change it later.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
