The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

You may only manually change your activation status to 1 ("Migration
initiated (but not yet started)") or activation status 5 ("Active").
All other activation status changes are made by the system.
Please note that in exceptional cases, you may manually change the
status from activation status 2 ("Migration running") to activation
status 3 ("Error(s) occurred during migration"). You would do this only
if the migration is taking considerably longer than the system indicated
it would. In this case, manually changing the activation status to 3
allows you to undo and then retry the migration.
