    Time dependent tax calculation is active. A deactivation of a tax rate
    means, that in the pricing tool the corresponding condition record is
    deleted.
    This means, that documents posted with that condition record are
    affected:
    For example:
    - It is not possible anymore to show the tax rate in document display
    - It is not possible to calculate the tax again for example because of
    reconciliation purposes. See report RFUMSV00
    - It is not possible to cancel the document
    - It is not possible to pay or clear the document, when a payment
    differents leads to a tax recalculation.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
