    You want to add FM account assignment &V1& to revenue cover pool &V2&
    or delete it from it.
    The system issues a warning message, as one of the following situations
    applies:
    Budget has already been entered in the revenues FM account assignment
    Revenues increasing the budget have already been transferred
    Additional revenues have already been assigned
    Take note that deleting or adding such an FM account assignment can
    lead to budget deficits in the revenue cover pool.
