    Possible reasons for this inconsistency are as follows:
    At least two child nodes have no next sibling (there must be exactly one
    child node without next sibling)
    One child node has as next sibling a multi-level node, which is not a
    child node of the multi-level node &V4&
    One child node has itself as next sibling
    Two or more child nodes reference each other as next sibling
