inconsistencies, for performance reasons. However, if the following

An address in the multi-level budget structure has remaining budget

An address in the multi-level budget structure has actual posting

An address in the multi-level budget structure is maintained in a budget
address list (transaction FMBSBO)

An address in the multi-level budget structure is maintained in a
posting address list (transaction FMBSPO)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
