paste is not allowed for one of the following reasons:
The target node is in the cut nodes list.
The target node is in the sub-tree of one cut node.
Paste not performed
Select another target node or re-select the cut nodes
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
