    Create an entry for report <NP>RFFMFG_TRIAL_BALANCE_LEVEL</> in the
    Customizing activity
    <DS:SIMG.VC_FMFG_R_DERIV>Select Reports and Fields for Derivation</>.
    In the source field selection, specify the attribute fields for the
    level on which you want to report. Values in attribute fields that are
    not source fields are cleared, and the amounts are combined with other
    reporting lines that contain the same attributes.
