SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: FMCA_ISR_EN -

  • Message number: 370

  • Message text: No active form with form type &1 in form bundle type &2; s.long text

  • Show details Hide details
  • Status: Language Editing Done

    What causes this issue?

In tax return &V3&, no active forms exist for form bundle type &V2& and
form type &V1&. The program has raised this error message because none
of the forms of form type &V1&have status <ZK>Active</>. Either the
status information or Customizing for this form type is wrong. If you
have defined in Customizing that you expect at least one form for a form
type, the system will issue an error message, if it doesn't find an
active form of this form type.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If the status information is wrong, you can change the status of at
least one form of form type V1 in the <zk>Tax Processing</> work center
or when processing tax returns via the mass activity.
If Customizing is wrong, change the number of forms you expect for this
form type to 0. You do so in Customizing activity
    <DS:SIMG.ISPSCA_FMCATRMFPFFBT>Define Form Bundle Type</>.
If you are running the mass activity for tax returns, check whether the
result of merge proposal from event P280 is consistent with the
Customzing setting in <DS:SIMG.ISPSCA_FMCATRMFPFFBT>Define Form Bundle
Type.</>. This is necessary because event P280 not only suggests how
forms will be merged but also changes the status of the form that was
merged. For example, if form1 is merged to form2, event P280 will also
change the status of form1 from status <ZK>Active </>to <ZK>Inactive</>.
This status change may cause an error during the validation of the tax
return that is performed by event P287.
