  • What causes this issue?

    The printing program uses parameters to generate and to read digital
    signature data that will exceed an acceptable waiting time to determine
    the data to be printed immediately. The process may result in a useless
    processing time, in a user abort of the processing, or in one or
    multiple useless retriggers of the print program by the user.

    System Response

    The system does not trigger the digital signature generation.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system adminiatrator to adjust the print program.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Adjust your coding and/or the parameter values used in your printing
    program.
    You have the following options:
    Decrease the expected idle time (waiting time without any processing),
    or
    Decrease the number of maximum document lines to be processed, or
    Use recursive coding during the exception handling to reprocess the
    print data determination.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
