The field for the retention of chargeable accommodations for absences
was automatically set or deleted based on the dates of the
accommodations receipts.

System Response

The system sets the "Retain Chargable Accommod." field (screen field
ENTGELT_UNTERK) for all absences with overnight stays for which an
accommodations receipt was entered. This occurs during simulations when
entering the separation allowance period, and when you save the
separation allowance period. Retentions of accommodations during
absences are shown in the separation allowance form.

separation allowance form.
