system. If you have requested a return trip, no connections exist for
at least one of the two connections.
This can occur if, for example, you have selected the train
availability query for international train connections or connections
outside of Germany (at present, the system can only be used to book
rail connections within Germany).
In such cases, the availability query can be used for information
purposes only.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Modify your requirements and execute the rail request process again, or
if you want to book the train connections displayed, you should contact
your travel center.
