  • What causes this issue?

    A travel service has been changed or added externally (for example, by
    your travel agency). External changes can refer to the time,
    destination, or class of a (booked) travel service.

    System Response

    The new or changed travel service appears as a separate entry in your
    travel plan. If an old version of the travel service exists, it remains
    in your travel plan in status 'open'.

    How to fix this error?

    If you agree with the change that was made, you can continue processing
    without problems. You can change or cancel the modified travel service,
    if you wish.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
