    Order type for the material is flagged as <LS>Collective Order</> under
    <LS>Details</>.
    In order to generate a collective purchase order for the material, the
    <LS>Collective Order Setting</> of the material (Distribution Qty, UoM,
    Distribution Strategy, Fair Share Rule) must be maintained before
    choosing <LS>Create Order</>.
    Collective order setting can be maintained by selecting/entering the
    value in the <LS>Procure by Materials </>screen, or by maintaining the
    <LS>Quantity Assignment Details</> screen by choosing the <PF>Quantity
    Assignment Detail</> pushbutton.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
