You try to set live Material Ledger Actual Costing e.g. via report
FCML4H_STARTUP, but there are already entries in table MLDOC_EXTRACT.

    System Response

To avoid inconsistencies, system does not allow to create additional
entries in tables MLDOC, MLDOC_ECTRACT, MLDOCCCS or MLDOCCCS_EXTRACT out
of outdated Material Ledger tables, like table MLCD.

    How to fix this error?

It needs to be clarified, why there are already entries in these tables.
Report FCML4H_STARTUP should be executed only once, directly after
    'Activate Actual Costing'.
It needs to be clarified if table MLDOC, which is needed for creation of
entries in MLDOC-tables still contains all relevant data.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
