    can?t determine an outbound target system to send out result messages.
    Either the outbound service hasn?t been activated in the communication
    arrangement (service status = Active) or the business system field
    hasn?t been maintained in the communication system.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
