  • What causes this issue?

    The setting for the communication arrangement or communication system
    isn?t correct for the current outbound service. As a result, the system
    can?t determine an outbound target system to send out result messages.
    Either the outbound service hasn?t been activated in the communication
    arrangement (service status = Active) or the business system field
    hasn?t been maintained in the communication system.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    A warning message is issued in the A
    determine a target receiver system, no result messages is sent out. This
    warning doesn?t affect the changed document. All changed documents are
    still valid.

    How to fix this error?

    Go to the corresponding communication arrangement/outbound services and
    check that the service status for the current service is active.
    Go to the corresponding communication system and check that the business
    system matches the SenderBusinessSystemID provided in the payload.
