- Current search result is filtered out from cockpit display ?The SAP error message FINS_FI_MPROJ315 indicates that the current search result is filtered out from the cockpit display. This typically occurs in the context of the SAP Fiori applications or the SAP S/4HANA environment, where users are trying to access certain data or reports but are unable to see the expected results due to filtering criteria.
Cause:
- Filter Settings: The most common cause of this error is that the filter settings applied in the cockpit or the application are too restrictive. This can happen if specific criteria are set that do not match any of the available data.
- Authorization Issues: Users may not have the necessary authorizations to view certain data, leading to filtered results.
- Data Availability: The data that the user is trying to access may not exist or may have been archived or deleted.
- Configuration Issues: There may be issues with the configuration of the cockpit or the underlying data model that prevent the display of certain results.
Solution:
- Check Filter Criteria: Review and adjust the filter settings in the cockpit. Ensure that the criteria are broad enough to include the desired results.
- Review Authorizations: Verify that the user has the necessary authorizations to view the data. This may involve checking roles and permissions assigned to the user.
- Data Verification: Confirm that the data you are trying to access is available in the system. You can do this by running a direct query or report that bypasses the cockpit filters.
- Configuration Review: If the issue persists, consult with your SAP Basis or technical team to review the configuration of the cockpit and ensure that it is set up correctly.
- Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache of the browser or the SAP Fiori Launchpad can resolve display issues.
