    If such a category isn't available, create it using configuration step

    , subapplication area <ZH>General Settings</>, and configuration item
    <ZH>Planning</>.

    If such a category isn't available, create it. Choose <ZH>Controlling
    </>==> <ZH>General Controlling</> ==> <ZH>Planning</> ==>
