The conversion program cannot set the status <LS>XPRA started</> for
client &V1& with the content framework (for the content restructuring ID
= &V2&).

framework under the content restructuring ID &V2& which prohibits the
setting of status <LS>XPRA started</>.
The status can be displayed in transaction /SMB/XP_CR_ST in the row of
the content restructuring ID &V2&. Before you execute the conversion
program, the status must be one of the following:

+,,XPRA started
After successfully completing the conversion program, the status must be
XPRA completed. This is the prerequisite for starting the activation of
the content.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
