version used contains more than 99 subitems, or the financial statement
version used contains more than 10 hierarchy levels.
The classic list output in ERP 2004 and subsequent releases is subject
to the following restrictions:
Maximum of 10 hierarchy levels
Maximum of 99 subitems per financial statement item
