Message number: 045
Message text: Possible problems with access level; see long text
You are currently editing or displaying a function with an access level
higher than 'Application'. While the function is still open in the
BRFplus workbench, you are about to create a ruleset in application &v1&
, that is, in an application other than the application to which the
function belongs.
Due to the internal architecture of BRFplus, the system cannot determine
whether the ruleset to be created is, at the same time, assigned to the
function or not. It is therefore up to you to assess the current
situation:
If the ruleset is assigned to the function, then this message is
displayed to make you aware that with the settings that are currently in
effect for the two involved objects, problems will arise when you try to
activate both objects.
If the ruleset is not assigned to the function, there is no problem. You
can ignore this message.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Depending on your assessment of the situation, proceed as follows:
If there is no assignment between ruleset and function, it is safe to
create the ruleset and continue editing.
If there is an assignment between ruleset and function, try any of the
following alternatives:
Consider if the ruleset can be created in the same application like the
application to which the function belongs.
If the function's application cannot be used for the ruleset, make sure
that the function's access level and the settings for the target
application &v1& (application component, storage type) fit together.
Maybe there is already an application available in the system that
fulfills the requirements and therefore can be used for creating the
ruleset.
This warning will appear only once per application.
