following alternatives:
If the formula function shall be used in a Decision Service Management
scenario that is deployed to a managed system, make sure that the
formula function is available in the managed system.
If the formula function shall be used in a local BRFplus scenario, make
sure that the formula function is available in the local system.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
