What causes this issue?

Due to technical limitations of switch BC sets, BRFplus objects cannot
be shipped as switch BC sets.
Therefore, a table entry is required in exception table SCPRSTRANSP for
each customizing and system table that is assigned to a BRFplus
expression type via the transport objects of the expression type. For
more information, refer to SAP note 1006634.

transports them to the follow-up systems.
