Message number: 068
Message text: Local DSM version of service is older than deployed version
The system has determined that the service is already present in the
managed system. Moreover, the service version in the managed system is
newer than the version in the DSM system.
This is not necessarily an error, but it is an unusual situation because
the service version in the design time system should normally be newer
than the service version in the managed system. Also, if you decide to
deploy the service, that would mean to override the newer version by an
older one.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Decide whether overriding the newer version by an older one is really
what you intend to do. This could be a valid option if, for example, the
newer version has turned out to be instable or produces errors. On the
other hand, the same situation could be caused by the loss of the most
current version of the underlying function in the DSM system. In the
latter case, it would be recommendable to reimport the newer version
into the DSM system.
