    You have activated or checked ruleset &v1&. The system has detected that
    this ruleset is currently disabled. As a consequence, the ruleset can be
    called by a function at runtime, but none of the rules that are
    associated with the ruleset will be processed. After calling a disabled
    ruleset, the process flow returns immediately to the calling function
    without performing any actions in between.
    Note that this is a valid object state and not an error. However, we
    want to stress this to make you aware of the consequences.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If the ruleset has been disabled inadvertently, enable it. After
    enabling the ruleset, activate it.
