Message text: Ruleset &1 is disabled
You have activated or checked ruleset &v1&. The system has detected that
this ruleset is currently disabled. As a consequence, the ruleset can be

associated with the ruleset will be processed. After calling a disabled
ruleset, the process flow returns immediately to the calling function
without performing any actions in between.
Note that this is a valid object state and not an error. However, we
want to stress this to make you aware of the consequences.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
