    By the time the binding has been established between the current
    structure and the DDIC structure, component &v1& has not been available
    due to the setting of switch &v3&.
    In the meantime, the switch has been turned on so that component &v1& is
    now available in the bound DDIC structure &v2&.

    You can use the structure, but you don't have access to component &v1&
    that is now available in the bound DDIC structure &v2&.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want the current structure to reflect all the components that are
    currently available in DDIC structure &v2&, refresh the binding.
