  • Message class: FDT_CORE - Formula & Derivation Tool: Core

  • Message number: 380

  • Message text: Could not process function &2 in event mode; see longtext

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system tried to process function &v2& in event mode, but an error
occurred. The ruleset &v1& contains at least one rule which is directly
assigned to function &v2&. This is an obsolete constellation which is no
longer supported. As of now, only rulesets may be assigned to a
    function, not single rules.

    System Response

The system raises exception CX_FDT_INPUT instead of processing the
    function.

    How to fix this error?

Determine which rules are assigned to which function directly. Depending
on the result, decide for one of the following alternatives:
The rules in the ruleset are all assigned to the same function:
Remove the rule assignments from the function.
Assign the ruleset to the function.
The rules in the ruleset are assigned to different functions:
    RESET N2
Create as many rulesets as functions are assigned to the rules.
For each ruleset, assign the corresponding function.
For each ruleset, copy the rule assignments from the respective function
    to the ruleset.
Remove all rule assignments from all the functions initially used in
    ruleset &V1&.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
