    the cost objects and their associated partner objects.
    Planning function &V2& of type 'Cost Simulation' (/ERP/SFIN_FT01) has a
    tabular parameter 'Characteristics for Cost Objects & Partner Objects'.
    In this parameter<(>,<)> a maximum of three pairs of Cost Object
    Characteristics / Partner Object Characteristics (for example<(>,<)>
    /ERP/COSTCNTR / /ERP/PCOSTCTR) can be maintained.
    Unless the parameter is maintained, the system attempts to determine the
    characteristics dynamically from the fields of aggregation level &V1&.
    If this fails, an error message is generated and processing of the
    planning function is aborted.
