    How to fix this error?

    Please try to activate data elements with activation error via
    transaction SE11. Not activated data elements are displayed in protocol
    (see above). If you can not activate all data elements contact SAP that
    XPRA &V2& stopped with activation error. SAP support will analyze
    problem so that XPRA &V2& can be restarted again or SAP support will
    activate manually all inactive data elements and so for all relevant
    data elements domain WERTV8 is replaced.
