    CO-PA transaction &V1& is not supported anymore in S/4Hana Cloud.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can use transaction KEA0_CLOUD as replacement for transaction KEA0
    (Maintain Operating Concern). With transaction KEA0_CLOUD e.g. you get
    an overview about operating concern A000 and you can generate the
    environments.
    All other functions can not be used anymore in S/4Hana Cloud.
