  • What causes this issue?

In order to understand the backgound of the present information
message, please consider the following example:
In period 5/2000 an operation was entered with a posting date in
4/2000. In this case two operation records are created in table ckmi1.
One of these operation records is caracterized by the combination
posting year/ posting period = 4/2000 whereas the second record has
posting year/ posting period = 5/2000. If the from-date on the
selection screen is 5/2000 only one of the two records falls into the
    specified time frame.

    System Response

The operation records that do not satisfy the date selection criteria
are required for the continuity check of the operation history.
Therefore the program will automatically select these records from the
    database.
The data of these operation records, however, will not be displayed in
the list. In order to see these data it is sufficient to move the from
date of the selection further back in time.
