What causes this issue?

If you are using a valuation that is different from the legal valuation
in FI, this will inevitably lead to an increased volume of data. One of
the causes is that each general ledger (necessary for saving
transaction figures) can only support one valuation as a result of
authorization protection.
Therefore, if you have assigned three different valuations to the
company code, you will need three general ledgers. If you are using the
FI-SL component or the flexible general ledger and have written line
items for this purpose, this may lead to a significantly increased
number of documents.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
