maintenance using function <ZH>Back</>. Note that only the column order
and the sorting order will be considered in the generated message.
Additional features like subtotals and filters are not supported.
You can change the layout later on or create additional layouts by
choosing the menu path <ZH>Settings >> Change Placeholder Layout...</>.
