The Simplified BRF+ UI is designed only for entering direct simple
values (eg. =FARR) for condition columns.
The complex (non-simple) value (eg. <> FARR) is automatically converted
to simple value (=FARR) when Decision Table is saved.

non-simple values is forbidden.
