    A project for switching the leading ledger is active that enables you to
    remove the <DS:DE.FAGL_FLAG_LEADING>Leading</> indicator for ledger &V2&
    and set it for ledger &V3& instead.
    However, you cannot set the indicator for ledger &V1&.
