    If one of the account assignment elements fund, functional area or grant
    was activated in Customizing of <LS>Public Sector Management</>, all
    company codes of a controlling area must be assigned to <ZH>one</> FM
    area.
    A number of company codes are assigned to the controlling area <(>&<)>V1
    &. The same FM area is not assigned to these company codes.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Either deactivate the account assignment elements fund, functional area,
    and grant under LS>Basic Settings -> Activate Account Assignment
    Elements</> in the IMG for <LS>Public Sector Management</>. Or assign
    the same FM area to all company codes in the IMG <LS>Company Structure
    </> under <LS>Assignment -> Financial Accounting -> Company Code -
    Assign FM Area</>.
