the US, the jurisdiction code structure is not properly set to 4-11-0-0.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Open the Set Up US Tax Calculation Procedure configuration step. In the
Activate UJCS column, uncheck the tax calculation procedure to
deactivate UJCS. Then re-check the item to activate UJCS and save. Your
jurisdiction code structure should now be 4-11-0-0.
If the jurisdiction code structure is still incorrect, please create an
incident for component FI-CNT-GL.
