What causes this issue?

An ID for anonymized query logging (LQA ID) cannot be retrieved or
generated.

System Response

The system is not able to log ESH search queries under an anonymized
user.
As a consequence, search usage statistics may not return accurate
numbers.

How to fix this error?

The error is not critical.
If the error reoccurs it is recommended to reset the anonymization keys
in the ESH personalization customizing (transaction ESH_CUST_PERS).
