  • What causes this issue?

A software component is relevant for GTABKEY registration if its name
does not start with Y or Z (customer namespace) it is assigned to a
system software component other than LOCAL or HOME.
This means that all entities (e.g. models, nodes, node fields, response
fields,...) of this software component are registered in the central
GTABKEY server so that their internal keys are kept equal when being
    created on different systems.
If a software component is relevant for GTABKEY registration this cannot
    be revoked.
Software component &v1& is assigned to system software component &v2&.
Thus it cannot be renamed to &v3&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
