    System Response

All software components using program-based SW Comp. transport are up to
    date.

    How to fix this error?

    Procedure for System Administrators

If a software component makes use of program-based software component
transport, changes to the object repository lead to generated ABAP
programs. The modeling meta data is serialized to a self-extracting
program. All object repository imports (based on those programs) are
    listed in the import log.
To figure our if a SW Comp. makes use of program-based transport, close
the transport log, select the SW Comp. and relaunch the import log. The
import log for the selected SW Comp. contains more details compared to
launching the log w/o selecting a SW Component.
Object repository updates are transported by SAP service packages or SAP
    Notes.
