    The registration of queue table(s) ("Job Manager Job") has failed.
    Search connectors containing nodes with "Content URL" attributes need to
    get registered to make the URL's content searchable.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Run the connection test for of the http connection (SAP Reference IMG or
    transaction ESH_ADM_TREX_DEST).

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Search connectors containing nodes with "Content URL" attributes need to
    get registered at the XS Engine File Loader Delivery Unit to make sure
    the content (of the URL) gets loaded and converted into a searchable
    text index.
    If the registration fails (create/update of search connector), the
    connector is active/searchable but the search does not find search terms
    which are part of the content of the URL.
    If the deregistration failed (deletion of search connector), there will
    be warning messages as part of the file loader trace. From a functional
    point of view, there are no consequences. A temporary workaround
    (deregistration failure ONLY) is to deactivate the deleted queue table
    ("Job Manager Job") using the File Loader Administration UI (Job
    Manager->Job List). Set "Active" to "No".
