The user under which a real-time indexing has been executed did not have
all required authorizations for the tasks which had to be executed.

Some of the actions could not be performed. For details see accompanying
    error messages.

    How to fix this error?

Real-time indexing jobs shall run under an ESH extraction user.
To set up an extraction user you can use transaction esh_extr_user
(which can also be accessed via IMG: Search and Operational Analytics ->
Common Settings -> Configure Indexing -> Configure Extraction User for
Indexing, or via sa38 -> start report ESH_EX_SET_EXTRACTION_USER).
The extraction user shall be a user of type service user (no manual
logon possible) with the minimal set of authorizations required for
running the indexing jobs, and extracting all indexing-relevant business
objects which are used on the system:
    For Technical Authorizations:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Required Role: SAP_ESH_DATA_PUSH
This role comprises all technical authorizations for the ESH extraction
jobs and dependent actions, such as scheduling the change pointer
    reorganization jobs, etc.
If you face issues with technical authorizations, e.g. jobs remaining in
status "scheduled" but not starting up, check whether a) role
SAP_ESH_DATA_PUSH (or a custom copy of this role) is assigned to the
extraction user, and b) whether it is up-to-date with respect to role
    enhancements.
Further information: Role SAP_ESH_DATA_PUSH has been enhanced a few
times in releases SAP_BASIS 740 - 752. Please search for the newest
notes relevant for your release. Notes with changes to the role: e.g.
2512199, 2382734 and prerequisites (this list may not be complete).
    For Business Application Authorizations:
Some applications - not all !! - have published the roles required for
extraction of the respective business objects in esh_extr_user -> SAP
    Default Roles.
You can add further roles to that list, or replace, remove, or exchange
some of the SAP-delivered roles with own roles (or own copies or
extensions of the SAP-delivered roles) by maintaining additions or
replacements in esh_extr_user -> Custom Roles.
All roles maintained in SAP Default Roles and/or Custom Roles will be
considered when you generate the extraction user. Alternatively, you can
assign a manually created extraction user, and/or maintain the role
assignments of manually in the user maintenance (SU01).
For information about required extraction authorizations for models from
software components which have not published that information in
esh_extr_user -> SAP Default Authorizations, please contact the
    component of the respective application.
