    The client was reset to the delivery state with regard to Enterprise
    Search.

    System Response

    During this process, all Enterprise Search connectors get deleted
    directly on the data base, including CDS-based connectors. As CDS-based
    connectors are always present, even in the delivery state, they are
    recreated immediately afterwards.

    How to fix this error?

    No action required.
