runtime buffer. This can happen either the update of the runtime buffer
was not executed or the update of the runtime buffer ended with error.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
To synchronize the status of the connector between Cockpit and runtime
buffer execute the report 'ESH_REFRESH_RUNTIME_BUFFER'.
