    There has been a mismatch between the information that is already on
    file and what you have entered. This could for example, be because of
    the following reasons:
    Example 1:
    You have forgotten your user name or password and are entering the email
    address and postal code to identify a customer or contact. If the system
    locates more than one customer or contact, or does not locate any, then
    it triggers this message.
    Example 2:
    If the system does find a customer or contact for the details you enter,
    but not a username, then it triggers this message.

    How to fix this error?

    In SAP ERP, check the information you have entered for the required
    cusomter and try registering again or

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
